A new gastronomic space called Concourse has opened in the Galileo shopping center.

On October 26th, the first food mall in Belarus, named Concourse, opened on the 4th floor of the Galileo shopping center. The implementation of this modern food project marked one of the final stages of the transformation of the Galileo shopping center.

Located between two train stations, the Galileo shopping center was given the name Concourse, which signifies a place where several roads converge.

The unique feature of the space design is its industrial style, with rough floor and ceiling finishes, untreated surfaces, and the use of natural materials. It incorporates graffiti and unconventional art objects. The zoning is achieved through the use of floral screens, lighting variations, and color transitions. The thematic concept is further supported by road markings on the floor, decorative wooden railway sleepers (although on the ceiling), traffic lights, and even an entire train carriage that serves as seating, creating an atmosphere of privacy and infusing a sense of travel romance.

The selection of gastronomic concepts represented in the space reflects the organizers' intention to develop the idea of culinary tourism.
